With a binding order we request 25% of final price as deposit.
For stays of one night we charge + 50% of the apartment price.
We prefer week-long stays during winter season. Stays shorted than 5 days can not be booked sooner than 14 days before the arrival day.
Children 0-3 years free of charge.

Operational and cancellation conditions
Operational rules
Check – in on the arrival day after 3 p.m. at Apartment 84 reception (or via phone when personnel not available)
Guests can not be accommodated before 3 p.m. on the day of arrival
Guests check-out by 10 a.m. (or upon previous arrangement). Otherwise, guest can be charged an additional day.
Balance payment is to be charged on the day of arrival
If guests request to leave before departure day for any reason, the accommodation provider is not obliged to refund
Upon a binding order, 25% of the total amount has to be paid in advance.
Should the stay be can cancelled by the client, may this advanced payment be used to cover the cancellation fee – see below.
Cancellation conditions
The client can cancel the stay (withdraw from the accommodation contract) for whatever reason or without justification by notifying the accommodation provider in writing. In such cases, the client is obliged to settle the cancellation fee to the accommodation provider. Depending on the time of cancellation, this fee amounts to:
25 % of the total amount if the stay is cancelled 11 days before the scheduled arrival
50 % of the total amount if the stay is cancelled 3-10 days before the scheduled arrival
75 % of the total amount if the stay is cancelled 1-2 days before the scheduled arrival
100 % of the total amount if the stay is cancelled on the day of the scheduled arrival
